Roots
Sometimes you can, but it is important not to compromise the trees stability in high winds, we offer free estimates and high risk tree assessments.
California law allows cutting encroaching roots at property line, but you cannot destabilize the tree. If the tree dies from root cutting, you face triple damages liability. We provide neutral assessments.

Fire Prevention
100 feet defensible space required, up to 200 feet in high fire zones. Zone 0 (0-5ft) requires complete vegetation removal by Dec 31, 2025. We ensure full compliance with LA County Fire requirements.
Fire prevention work begins April 1st annually, but is prohibited during Red Flag conditions. Year-round compliance required in Very High Fire Hazard Zones. We use non-sparking equipment and handle permits.
